Les Misérables UK Arena tour

I saw a cast announcement on playbill.com today and noticed a couple of new NY regulars added to the cast with Alfie Boe and Michael Ball - Gavin Lee and James D. Gish.  Does anyone know anything about the arena tour?   Is it just a more massive production of the same show we have seen in NY and on tour?
