007 Director Lee Tamahori arrested for prostitution

Director of such movies as Mulholland Falls, The Edge, Along Came a Spider, Die Another day, and X: state of the union.

Lee Tamahori, the New Zealand filmmaker best known taking the directing reins on the last 007 adventure, Die Another Day, is facing prostitution charges after dressing as a woman and allegedly approaching an undercover police and offering to perform a sex act for cash.

Very weird for someone that probably has millions of dollars to do that.

It has to be hands down the STRANGEST story I've read in a long time. I really don't know what to make of it.

That is like the strangest thing I have ever heard

1. Why would he need to do anything that pathetic if he is a well known director and probably has a lot of cash
2. Why dress as a woman (unless he is a crossdresser)
3. That's just plain creepy

What is even harder to imagine is the kind of tricks that would be attracted to what I am picturing to be a VERY pretty girl in a dress...I shudder at the thought of what he looks like in drag trying to sell it.
