I'm drawing a blank on a 1980s female singer. She many times billed herself with the title "Miss" and then her name. Who am I thinking of?

I think it was someone like Patti Smith, but Miss Patti Smith doesn't sound right.

My local Marshall's had "Michael Jackson" track suits on clearance. I didn't get one. They were running low on sizes. They had lots of adult size tops but if you want a Michael Jackson Suit you have to be able to fit into Children's bottoms.

She's on one of those Christmas compliation albums like "A Very Special Christmas" It's the band's name Featuring Miss...

I'll have to drag out my cds and find her name. For some reason I think she played at CBGB or a venue like that.

And no, it wasn't Miss Kitty or Miss Piggy.
