Personally, I think we're gonna find out that her "crazy" daughter was murdered...

The only reason that character was brought in (and I said this in the 2nd episode) was so that she would make Erin have to leave at some point and bring someone else in, who after they said Michelle was now head of Division, would obviously be her, reuniting her & Tony.

Sounds crazy? There's a motive though, to remove Erin.
That whole daughter plot was too stupid not to have a twist...how did she kill herself in that room with like eight nurses watching her...the ONLY patient? Someone even had a line about how rediculous that was on the show!
I think someone wanted Erin outta there.
