am i the only one watching? am i the only one getting a kick out of seeing janeane garafalo playing the part of a sniveling, indecisive, cowardly fbi grunt? and my darling, cherry as president? but, i thought 24 was supposed to be one of the most evil shows ever. how could such icons of the progressive movement sign on to help the evil fox prosper?

Posted: 1/13/09 at 12:43pmI saw the last hour last night. I missed part of Sunday's ep so I'm still a bit confused. I'm liking the cast and *swoon" glad Tony Almeida is alive and still hot.

I missed Sunday's two hours, but I have it recorded. Last night was pretty good, but haven't we seen this "intrigue within the administration" scenario over and over again?
Nice to see Chloe and Bill again and I'm glad Tony's storyline turned out the way it did.

One of the things I have enjoyed about 24 is the way it seems to challenge everyone's political beliefs with these situations. But at the end of the day, it's just excellent story telling (most of the time that is(last season-ouch)).
And Cherry is TERRIFIC. It's a great cast all around. And, I agree--Tony is more smoking hot than ever.

Well, since I havent seen last night's eps, I'm a bit sorry I opened this thread which was sure to have spoilers.
Still, so glad this show is back...always good to great storytelling. Those first couple of minutes on Sunday were terrific...and I just got Fios hi-def, which really enhances this show in particular. I'm loving Garafolo, Jones and Feore.
