I'm trying to rid my home of my cable tv provider and am seeking a wireless tv alternative. Do any of you have any positives experiences with AppleTV, GoogleTV, Dish Online, etc?
My initial plan is to install the 4G Air Card in a Linux server that's part of my home wifi network and stream the content into a dedicated Linux laptop that's connected with a HDTV set. I'm still more comfortable with pc-based networked solutions than any arrangement requiring either iPad/iPhone or Android devices.
