Well, I watched it and of course was bawling. Those first two kids living in the truck with their dad were really something. And the little bit of respite with the community theater!

I've resolved to double my donation to the local food bank can drive that Occupy is coordinating.

I thought the teenagerish daughter living in the truck was absolutely phenomenal. She seems wise beyond her years, and though she has it tough, she still seems thankful and full of hope.

But yeah, time to dig a little deeper and donate to those in need.

I don't think Scott Pelley needed to inject the weird line about the American Dream is even more real when you're living in a truck. THAT seemed completely tone deaf to the entire piece.
