I hated it so much. Ugh, stupid Disney sequels.

"The stage is where I live and come alive and act out all the things that go on in my life. It's not just what I do for a living, it's my shrink and my love affair. No one in my life has ever or ever will kiss me on the mouth like this lover called my relationship with my performance."

The sequel lacked the amazing songs that the first one had! Plus, the whole "x-games" theme reminded me waaay too much for Brink!

I LOVED this movie!!! And I wasn't all that much of a kid! My favorite part is when Goofy and Max sing Open Road. "This is worse than dragon breath and acne." "And the old man drives like such a klutz that I'm about to hurl my guts directly upon the open road."

"What a mystery this world. One day you love them and the next day you want to kill them a thousand times over." The Masked Bandit in THE FALL

Remember when Max is about to rig the gym for his "powerline lip-sync" thing and Roxanne's best friend (Stacey) is making some kind of speech and this acne-faced guy in the front row goes:

"STACEY! Talk-to-me-talk-to-me-talk-to-me- BABY!"

HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!

All right, you kids who are on a nostalgia kick should know: some of us here have another kind of nostalgia -- the sort that comes from remembering taking our children to movies like this. I have a 13 1/2 year old, and remember well the day we saw THE GOOFY MOVIE. And yes, "After Today" is a great song. I bought him the CD, and we played it a lot. Also, another Disney cartoon no one remembers much: OLIVER AND COMPANY. Anyone else like Billy Joel singing "Why Should I Worry?" The 'minor'Disneys have some good stuff, but get dissed. (I get teary at "Out There" from HUNCHBACK, sung by Tom Hulce. Any takers?)

OMG, I loved Oliver and Company. That is true that the small Disney movies rock just as much as the big ones. Now the disney movies just suck. After Hercules, it all went downhill (Except for Emperor's New Groove, of course)

I am a sucker for those Disney songs with forced uplift. Even "I Can Go The Distance" from HERCULES works for me. But (not Disney) I also love the Ahrens and Flaherty ANASTASIA stuff. Liz Calloway's performance of "Journey To The Past".

Ok well here i am resonding late again, but ah well what can you do right?

I LOVED that movie...in fact i think i still do. I tried to sit through the sequal but i couldn't.

"I used to laugh soooooo hard in "After Today" when the bus driver says "I'm gonna sit on my butt!"

Ah.. 4th grade humour.."

*nods head in agreement* That was one of the parts at which i laughed the most, so funny, gotta love the memories re: A Goofy Movie
