I just thought that the moderators of this website would like to be reaquainted with the Message Board Guidelines of BroadwayWorld.com, since they seem to be trigger-happy in deleting posts that don't violate these.

Please post with courtesy (and common sense) - no use of profanity, obscenities, or name calling.

No personal attacks - we all have different opinions - disagree with the view, not with the person.

For your own protection, please - no bootleg appeals!

Please don't post press releases... You can add them to our news engine here!

One account per person. Duplicate accounts will be removed, and abuse of this policy will result in permanent removal of access to the site.

Indecent and over-exposed Avatar images will be removed.

Posting of copyrighted material is prohibited. Posting of links to websites with copyrighted material that do not have permission or hold copyrights for the material in question is also prohibited. For written material you may post an excerpt if available, please include a web link as well if one exists.

BroadwayWorld.com reserves the right to remove any posts that we deem inappropriate as per these guidelines and at our discretion.


Copyright Infringement

BroadwayWorld.com respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your work has been used on the message boards in a way that constitutes a copyright infringement, please contact us at once to report the violation.


Image Policy

Users may mirror non-copyrighted images or photos in the body of a message, so long as the photo, graphic or image pertains to the topic of the message. Any material found to be in violation of applicable copyright laws, may result in the post being modified or deleted.

Further, users may not use the image option to post banners, advertise or promote any product, service or web site. Posts found to be in violation will be removed and the user's account may be suspended.


Message Board Violations

Messages found to be in violation of any of the rules and policies listed here may be modified or removed from the message board. Users who repeatedly violate the rules will have their accounts suspended or deleted.

We reserve the right to track your IP address and contact your ISP to report abuse and violations of our policies. We also reserve the right to contact a local law enforcement agency to report violations that violate federal, state and local laws.

We reserve the right to revoke posting privileges at any time, for any reason and without notice. We also reserve the right to modify or remove any post, topic or message for any reason, without notice or explanation.
