My mom is in charge of props for Fiddler on the Roof, and our director is really dedicated to staying true to Jewish traditions and stuff. So, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what the candle looks like that is lit during the Sabbath. Is it just a regular candle, or is it special?

Posted: 5/14/05 at 10:04pmIt should be a nice pair of candlesticks with white candles in them. Also, a loaf of challah which is braided egg bread and wine.
