*****************King of the Mountain Rules*****************
Object of the Game: To be the King of the Mountain!
1. First Poster is the default King until overthrown.
2. Become King by successfully running up the mountain and
pushing the current king off the mountain.
3. You must use the game rules to successfully push the
current king off the mountain...Use of clocks, timing posts
or not following the rules is considered cheating. You are
on your honor here, please keep the game fun!
4. When you attempt your run up the hill, you must post
a number as you ascend to the top. If that number is
is the same as the last number on your post, then you
become the new king.
5. After posting a number, you MUST wait for someone else
to attempt to overthrow the king before you can eligible to
attempt another overthrow. You can post in between but any
number guesses will NOT be counted.
6. The game ends at 500 posts. While you are king, you earn
a point for each failed attempt to overthrow you. So if 4
people guess incorrectly and then a 5th person guesses
correctly, you would earn 4 points for your reign. The True
King of the Mountain will have the most points at the end of
the game.
Basically, it refers to the last number in the post's time. For example, if your post was at 9:23:42 AM, you'd use the 2. The forst one to post after this introductory post is auomatically the King of the Hill until he/she gets dethroned.
