With the debate on marriage equality going on in the House of Lords, I was curious if Andrew Lloyd Webber intended to vote for the bill. I couldn't get an answer via Google search. I can only imagine that his professional constituency would be livid if he voted against it. (I certainly would, and I've been a Lloyd Webber booster for some time.)
Does anyone have any light to shed on this?
ALW voted with the majority today to defeat an amendment meant to block the marriage equality bill. I guess that's not too surprising!
Marriage equality vote
Good for him. I still don't really like his shows, but good for him today!
