Posted: 9/24/05 at 12:18amI don't have AOL, but I just got back to discover the anti-virus software is suddenly "out of date" even though it was upgraded less than a month ago. No warnings, no "You have X days to renew", it's just gone. I can't do anything about it until tomorrow afternoon when the computer help service opens, since they're Nazis here at school about us having their customized virus protection program.

I am a PROUD user of AOL for four years. I've had minimal problems. And what problems I've had were resolved in a reasonable time and manner.
I've had no issues lately.
I have AOL High Speed - Broadband. (Not Roadrunner).
