My favorite troupe is doing a youth production of Addams. I have my heart set on Morticia, and can't decide on any songs. Comedy is sort of my forte, and "Just Around the Corner" is such a brilliant song.
Any suggestions as to what I should sing? I asked around and the only suggestions I got were non-theater songs (ugh), "Carrie" from Carrie (an okay song, but not really comedic), and "Ruthless" from Ruthless (which is okay, I guess, but it's a trio and there's not really a good cut to choose from it anyway). I was not enthused by any of that.
