Advice for Boys Speaking Contest Needed

Hi everyone! So I made it to the final round of my school's Boy's Speaking Contest. I'm looking for some advice about some good pieces to do. Most of the time they don't like stuff from pieces from theatre since it's an oral interpretation contest. The piece needs to be around 2 minutes and 30 seconds. So if anyone has any ideas, feel free to share. I'm looking for motivational/inspirational pieces.
