Advice for starting a theatre co.

I know I'm opening the floodgates possibly but just wanted to invite as much as advice as people on this board, in all their knowledge, experience, and expertise, can offer for someone who has just decided to start their own theatre company, including obtaining their own space.

Any messages you can send or posts you can put up in this thread will be greatly appreciated. :)

Thank you in advance: we're kind of jumping into this blindly at the moment and want to begin to prepare, organize, research, plan, etc...just have no idea where to begin on something this grandiose (sp?).
