Posted: 1/7/12 at 6:38pmJacob, sorry, I didn't mean to say your perception wasn't true--it's the first time I've ever heard of that. A google search seems to agree that people are getting married later (one random article http://www.guardian.co.uk/commentisfree/cifamerica/2011/mar/09/traditional-marriage-us-report ) so I thought that was across the board. I know you weren't discussing gay relationships primarily, but I do think it's probably true that gay guys feel more of a need to settle down sooner (which often ends in disaster my biased, grumpy self thinks...)
