One of the soap greats has passed away. AMC and OLTL were two of the best ever.
If you can track down the book All Her Children about Nixon's creation of AMC it's absolutely worth a read.
Marie: Don't be in such a hurry about that pretty little chippy in Frisco.
Tony: Eh, she's a no chip!
