Akazukin Chacha- Question

HI! I was wondering if anyone else has heard about this anime show before. I used to watch it when I lived back in Okinawa, Japan and I loved it to death. Does anyone know if there is a cable channel that shows this television show in the USA or if it is going to be released on DVD anytime soon? Thanks!!
