I think we have a long ways to go in terms of inclusion in casting. By now, it should be a requirement for professional theaters to be inclusive. I am tired of the excuse that not enough POC showed up at the auditions. A current example unnecessary all white casting is the production of Little Women at The Palace Theater in Manchester, NH. They have Equity Contracts, they managed to go to NYC to cast influencers; yet 100% of the cast is white and they are proud of it as shown in these instagram posts.

Also, they are deleting comments about their "all white cast" on their posts, so they are well aware! What a shame!
