I just looove her books. Most people think I'm crazy for reading them, but I think they are actually really good books.
Am I the only one who likes Danielle Steel books on this board?

Hey, if you enjoy them, read them. I personally have a bit of a weakness for VC Andrews (the stuff SHE wrote, not the crap those ghost writers keep churning out). It's called a guilty pleasure

I've read quite a few of them. Often quick and fluffy, but honestly there are a few concerning events in Europe in WWII that helped me understand the order of events better than a regular history class.
I found one in the cast house I'm living in at the mo "Once in a Lifetime." I think it's one of the earlier ones. It's so dry rotted that i'm discarding each page as i read it.
You might also like janet DAiley, a bit meatier and about the american west - especially all the Calder books.

I used to read them when I was in high school...much to my father's chagrin. No big surprise when I told him I was gay then!

I liked No Greater Love, but that was the only one I read, and it was when I was in my titanic obession phase....

I usually read Steele's books when I am in the hospital. I have no idea why...that'st just the place for me to read them. Maybe it is the pain killers.
