Are we all happy about who was eliminated?
They were my 2nd choice to get kicked off...so I was quite pleased!
Now I'm totally rooting for the Moms!

TweedleDee & TweedleDum got the boot.
I'm so proud of the Moms for still being in it! I'm still hoping either for them or Chip & Kim. I just have this sick feeling Colon & Crusty will take it, though. Colon will get up there, say "Where's my money?" and walk off. Oh, he'll also smack Crusty Ike style.

Those stupid twins?
I lost track of this year once that whiny ass wee one and her obnoxious cousin got the boot. I've also lost track of Big Brother now that those evil twins are gone as well as all the freakish homoerotic men.
I am all into Complex Malibu now. Those gays are sweeeeeeeet.

I loved it when Colon and Crusty talked about how the race has "strengthened our relationship". Yeah? How bad was it BEFORE?? And then in the preview for next week we see Colon yelling at Crusty, "God, I HATE YOU!" Real strong relationship there. Does it take a fist in her face to get away from that guy? I only hope they get knocked down next week.
Yay Moms! They moved up and they are making some smart decisions. I cannot figure out why the twins (except that they are consistently stupid) and the Christian models picked the mud thing. Did they not learn a thing from the sand-sifting experience? Of course it was going to take a long time! Never choose the needle-in-a-haystack during a Detour challenge unless you enjoy watching other teams just run past. Idiots!
Chip and Kim need to step on it. I do like them. I'll be happy if either them or the moms win. I wonder if it is Chip and Kim who decide to use the Yield after what happened last night. I sincerely hope they use it on Colon and Crusty.

I agree - as much as I like Chip and Kim, I'll be SO mad if they use the yield on the Moms.
I think the Moms deserve to win because they've consistently worked hard to come from behind and haven't made any glaringly stupid mistakes. I congratulate Chip and Kim on trying to play fair...but it's cost them.
I think it must have been a real rush for all the teams who chose the water challenge - nice to challenge yourself that way!
Colon and Crusty have to go away. Now.

Posted: 9/8/04 at 2:34pmI ahte myself for this, but I LOVE the model Christian models. They are hot. And, while I despise myself for liking them, I not-so-secretly wnt them to win.

touch - I DO like the way they are supportive of eachother...and their tender moments are touching...
Honestly - as long as C&C don't win, I'll be happy!

LOL The models don't support each other THAT much. She's only Christian when thinks work in their favor. Remember last night when he wanted to stop and pray and she replied, "You can walk around and do it." He supports her in her decisions, but she's not so pliable. It was quite clear that she did not want to go to the mud pits, but she kept her mouth shut and then b*tched about it the whole time. That's not supportive, it's passive-agressive.
He does seem like a sweet guy, but what a wuss! If he's afraid of rapids, why did he apply for the show??? It's not like the show would allow them to do it if they weren't rigged with tons of safety equipment or if it were truly that dangerous. What network wants to be known as the ones who killed their contestants? PLEASE!

Posted: 9/8/04 at 3:14pmAnd I think she even rolled her eyes last week when he wanted to pray. He's this wimpy little boy who is too afraid to do anything that might scratch his perfect face. Remember in seaon 3, there were two other models, Derek & Drew (I think) who won the race. GOD, they were hot!
#13re: Amazing Race last night (spoilers)
Posted: 9/8/04 at 3:19pmDerek and Drew were very hot, but they didn't win. They were the last elimination before the final three. They forgot one of the stops and had to go back. There was a ferry involved. Flo and Zach won (he also had a horrendous mane of hair). It was funny because all they did was fight and she NEVER STOPPED WHINING! Even they couldn't believe they won.

THAT'S RIGHT! I can't believe I forgot that. I have every episode of that show on tape and watch them all the time.
Man, it's time for me to get out of here. I now remember being surprised Derek & Drew got as far as they did. Remember in the first episode when they left all their stuff in the cab in Rome?

What happened to Chip? Are they still together? My friend's cousin is Coby from Survivor Australia.
And yes Matt, I do remember the twins being stupid in Rome. I was also surprised they made it that far. They were pretty, but not very bright. I remember seeing some of their modeling way before the show and was shocked when the season started and I saw they were contestants. Was it just wishful thinking, or did they seem a little "sensitive"?
#20re: Amazing Race last night (spoilers)
Posted: 9/8/04 at 3:39pmThey did seem "sensitive". I was hoping they would put out a video, but it never happened.
#21re: Amazing Race last night (spoilers)
Posted: 9/8/04 at 3:40pmMatt, they're not together anymore. But they're still good friends - that sounds like a p.r. statement, but they really are.
