auditions for Almost Main!
Were doing this play next year and I need a comedic.
Auditions are like the second week of school!
Plz help me!

Go to the library and read plays. You can't always make other people do the work for you!

Oh Dimon. haha. Really look at the library. haha. If you start going to Lynn, ask her for suggestions or to borrow plays she's a genious. :) Oh and they're the first week of school. Read Almost Maine first and keep aspects of it in mind while you're searching. Try to find parallels in other plays.

Ah you go to LVA...my old stomping grounds. Well Mr. Edwards will tell you to go to the library, bring change with you and read as many plays as you can, photocopying monologues. It's not always a fun job, but you need to start building your rep of monologues now...and you have your fabulous theatre binder to store it all in.

I started collecting monologues my freshman year of HS at LVA and I still have my binder and it's stuffed with material.

Break a leg and tell Edwards that Sam Schecter says hellooooo
