Posted: 11/3/04 at 8:02amIt occured to me that this country has "battered wife" syndrome. We've been lied to, cheated on, and beaten down for the past four years, yet we're too afraid to make a change, and we allow the abuse to continue.

I fear for America now and I believe that if GWB is allowed to stay in office for 4 more years, the country will fall into a collective psychological depression - as a matter of fact - I felt it on my way to work this morning - the streets were more quiet than usual, and there was an almost palpable despair in the air...
