I have a friend who was accepted here and is leaving Wednesday. Does anyone know what it is like, do they have good "connections" with broadway?

SCAMDA. That's all I have to say. They have no more connections to Broadway than any other theatre school does, and they're the easiest to get into.

There are at least two or three long threads about AMDA that you might find interesting. Use the search function...that should lead you to them.

OK as a fellow theater idiot what college programs DO you guys recommend for Musical Theater?

When someone blunders, we say that he makes a misstep. Is it then not clear that all the ills of mankind, all the tragic misfortunes that fill our history books, all the political blunders, all the failures of the great leaders have arisen merely from a lack of skill in dancing. - Moliere
