American Woman Arrested in Saudi Arabia - Height of Irony

Some of you probably recall the story of Yara, an American business woman arrested and jailed in the Saudi capital Riyadh a few weeks back for sitting with a "unrelated" male business partner in the "family-only" section of Starbucks. Fortunately for her, after suffering considerable indignity, her husband used his political ties to spring her loose.

Now here's the kicker. On the day of her capture, Yara had spoken with Dubya and brother Neil all the while singing the praises of her Saudi hosts going so far as to claim that the Saudi capital doesn't deserve its bad reputation.
