Posted: 2/16/10 at 6:04pmSo I'm taking an acting through song class and for one of my upcoming assignments I need to perform a uptempo number in which my character expresses anger. Unfortunately, I'm having trouble finding something that will fit the bill. I'm a soprano (if you need a little more detail I'm comfortable going up to E-flat6) and I have absolutely no belt whatsoever. Anyone have any ideas of songs that might work for me- or even shows or composers that might have songs that fit the bill? Thanks!

You're wanting more musical theatre, correct?
Because the opera repertoire is filled with them.
