Animal Patrol for pigeon...?

Theres a pigeon outside my house just sitting there but it is alive and has been walking around but he's just sitting there. I don't want to touch it for reasons if it's sick, diseased, etc. It does look hurt though and it doesn't look able to fly. Is there a place to call that they'd take it?

Call animal control or the local shelter. They can either take it or direct you to a local animal sanctuary.
