Catch the paper balls being thrown at you by aiming your arm and clicking at the right moment. Keep the mouse button pressed down, and move the mouse and release the button to throw.
In other words, moving the mouse moves your arm. Clicking the mose button causes your hand to clench, and letting the button go makes the hand relax.
Oh, and you're supposed to throw the paper into the trash. Duh. :)
