Any Wells Fargo customers?

My bank (Wachovia) is finally completing its merger with Wells Fargo in February, when all services will transfer over to Wells Fargo. I'm trying to decide if I should stay or get out and find a new bank.

Those of you with Wells Fargo, how do you feel about their services, customer service, etc.??

I am in the same boat as you adamgreer, and I am thinking the exact same thoughts
maybe we will have to wait & see what is offered to us .... I HATE change of any kind!

I had them in college for awhile. They were fine, but nothing amazing.

If you do decide to change, I've had Chase for 2 1/2 years now and the service has been across the board fantastic.

I have been a Chase customer for years (actually a Chemical banker) and am finally pissed off on all the fees and charges you get hit with by them. They will nickel and dime you to death! They are crooks! Am actively looking for another smaller bank to do business with

I switched to Wachovia from another bank specifically because of fee issues. I've been happy with Wachovia, so I really hope I don't have to find another bank.

I've personally never had a problem with Wells Fargo. In fact I have to say I have always found their customer service to be extremely good as well.

Hi there. I've used Wells Fargo for about six years and have found them to be great. I can't remember why my account is free, it's either because I do direct deposit, because I let them automatically transfer $75/month from my checking to my saving account, or because I use the Bill Pay. (I do all three, I just can't remember which one triggers the free checking.)

Website is very easy to use. Images of checks that I write and that I deposit viewable on the website. Good stuff.

Once, my wallet was stolen and my debit card was used and they credited the money the next day. They said 7-10 days to get a new debit card, but it arrived two days later.

So I like them.

(FWIW I also use Actors Federal Credit Union, and like them a lot as well.)
