My friend and I are registering to do a duet and get graded on it around March, but we have yet to find one good for both of our ranges. He sings bass 1 and occasionally bass 2, while I am a soprano 2 but can hit relatively high notes with my highest being an E flat or so (really pushing it). I'm also fine with singing alto but my friend is strictly bass 1 and 2 not tenor. Preferably something under 5 minutes, and more choral type music, so no pop type songs. We can do up to grades 5 and 6. I'll take all suggestions!!

maybe I Am Aldolpho from Drowsy Chaperone or In a Place of Miracles from Hunchback of Notre Dame, or heres a crazy idea:

do the Confrontation from Les Mis, you sing Valjean and he sings Javert. I'm aware you're girl but just thought i'd throw the idea out there.

Live before we die from Addams family is good for that combination
