...Friggin'logo for trailer park yet? The colors are sickening, the likeness is sexist, and they seem to have paid very well to cram it down our throats.
God, at least disney isn't doing the same with Tarzan.
Honestly, based on my disgust with the trailer park logo, I would skip the show even if i had a free ticket.
Edit: The ad campaign is offensive and crass too.

You pay attention to the ads on this site?
I actually like it. Of course, offensive and crass is my middle name.
I personally am not offended by it at all.
It seems to me that the ad campaign is done intentionally to poke fun at the stereotypes of that lifestyle.

REALLY Patronus? Gosh, I dont know HOW I missed that.
I GOT IT. I'm just friggin' sick of it now, its gone on too long.
It is a little annoying for those of us who spend time on this board--i think's it on playbill too--but I bet Linda Hart is GREAT in it--i think she's a big talent.
I was merely pointing out that I don't think it's sexist for the sake of being sexist, but rather is being sardonic towards that stereotype by using sexism. I was merely expressing an opposite opinion to how I interpreted your original post, there really is no need to get snippy.
It's only been a couple of weeks, so I don't think it's "too long" and I just don't let it bother me.
If you are using Firefox as your browswer you could just turn the ads off.
By the way, I have been meaning to tell you that your cat is absolutely adorable.

Patronus, I run Firefox but don't know how to do that... PM me? I would love to turn all my flashing ads off... they make me dizzy.
would you say it was "irreverently sardonic?"
Ummmmmmmm...I don't find it particularly offensive either. I don't think it's anything to get all messed up about. Just ignore it.
CostumeMistress, I'll post it here so that people who might be interested can utilize it.
Go to Tools>Extensions on your Firefox menu bar.
A pop up with your current extension (if you have any) will come up . On the bottom right click on "get more extension".
When the mozilla page loads, type in AdBlock for the search menu and follow the on screen instructions to install it.
Then you can right click on any add and disable it.
You might be able to skip the first few steps by clicking on this link: https://addons.mozilla.org/extensions/moreinfo.php?id=10 but I am not positive.
I had no idea what you were talking about until I read Sueleen's response about paying attention to ads on this site. You need to learn internet focus. I come to this site frequently and have never noticed anything to the right of the screen. It's great. I just focus on the left and the ceneter.

When BWW asked me to pose for that logo I told them that it wasn't going to work. Did they listen?
I hear those ad's are what's paying for the site, but I don't ever notice them.
