Posted: 12/6/06 at 9:47amI used to - seriously. A few years ago (quite a few, actually) I realized that if I needed to make a change in my life, then why wait for January 1? So from that day forward, any resolutions to be made were made right away.

Posted: 12/6/06 at 10:00amGet back on Weight Watchers and lose at least 35 pounds by the end of the semester. Since I'm enrolled in a yoga class, hopefully the exercise will help me stick to it.

-Abstain from pining for unavailable men like Hugh Jackman, Andy Roddick and underwear models;
-Not take Patti Lupone seriously;
-Learn how to attach things to emails;
-Clean the house;
-Swim the Provincetown Harbor Swim For Life (about 1.6 miles in chilly water);
-Stop pretending I understood all of The Coast of Utopia.
I suppose there are others, but this isn't a bad set of goals to start with.
