I started to get a cold, but immediately started taking echinacea and got rid of it.

If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Had it a couple of weeks ago. Zinc, hot green tea with honey and lots of sleep! Hope you're feeling better soon.
