Anyone good at Photoshop?

Thanks to everyone who PM'd me. Quick question though for the masses! What is the best reading material out there that I can get to teach myself how to do photoshop? Here is one that I found at Barnes & Noble the other day, but I didn't know how good it was.

Is there a Photoshop for Dummies book? I use the Dummies Excel book and it is great.
