Im in richmond and rodney i think you mean capitAl not -ol. capital is the location where government happens and Capitol is a building where governemnt happens.

You are correct though.

A couple years ago I was participating in a website called funtrivia.com. You make up trivia quizes in various categories for people to solve. It was fun except the people who proof-read your quizes where SUCH grammar-nazis they took all the fun out of it.
