I usually choose my professors from this site and more than not, it works out well!

I've never used that site. At our school VirtualRatings is really popular though. I've used it on occasion. Usually, though, I just chose classes that fit together best, like in terms of times and what I need to take.

I saw some kids fooling around with a teacher rating website in my programming class awhile ago but didn't know what the URL was. Thanks for posting!
EDIT: Here's one for High Schoolers:

Oh I love ratemyprofessors.com. It is pretty accurate.
Today we actually got into a discussion about it in my public policy class when someone asked the teacher if she checked it and she said she didn't, but her daughter (who goes to our school) keeps her posted on what is said about her. It was on the website that my prof found out she had left her microphone on when she went to the bathroom and the whole class heard.

Personally, I hate sites like that. The really bad students are often biased against all of their teachers and give them very bad ratings. Not that every student on that site is a bad student, but it can happen.
