Anyone on/near Long Island free on August 31?

I am in a bit of a jam as of now and I figured I may as well ask. I have to move into Hofstra University probably sometimes between noon and three. I know it is a work day so most people automatically can't but it doesn't hurt to ask.

My problem is that it is my mom, a friend of hers, and I. That is it. My mom can't lift anything more than 10 pounds because she is still recovering from her surgery, I am just a weakling and her friend isn't much better. So it won't exactly be the easiest move in.

And I have no idea when any roomates are getting there since they don't even know yet!

So far the people that have offered have had to back out so I am starting to get a little desperate. If you seriously can...send me a PM
