Anyone used NEW YORK HABITAT.COM for accomodations?

They offer short term subleases (a week or more usually) in people's apartments. Not a hotel. This place is in the heart of the theatre district. Only $108 a night (5 night minimum). Anyone used their services before? Any comments?

i'd say if you dont care how nice it is, go for it.
