Anyone worked in children's theatre or nonprofits working with kids?

I am looking for people willing to let me contact/interview them about working with children in the theatre arts or other relevant areas. If they/you have worked in a non-profit setting with knowledge of working in different aspects of the organization that would be great.

I am planning a pilot program of an inclusive theatre class for possibly next year. I am also doing preliminary planning on an inclusive nonprofit working with children and want to gain as many contacts with related experience as possible so as to make the plans as realistic as possible. (I am also considering seeing if the program could be expanded under an already existing children's theatre non-profit.)

I know it is random to ask this on BWW, but I have had suprising luck with people contacting me with information that has been helpful based on my profile alone, and was hoping to get some more info by actively asking for it.

I work with a program called "Broadway At Your School" (BAYS) Masterclass/Workshops for high schools, and other youth theater groups. My program works with schools who seek funding through re-funding organizations and sponsors. I work with organizations who are 501-C3 and other non profit status.
