I have digital cable (kind if like satellite but without the...satellite dish), so I get the big 4 networks on the east coast time and then I get the local networks at Pacific time, so I can watch 8pm-11pmEST at 5pm-8pmPST. 
(Especially useful for Thursdays; now I have 2 hours until CSI!) But I'll watch Without A Trace first!
