Hi Everyone.
So I'm doing a broadway camp this summer where I need 2 contrasting monologues and 2 contrasting songs. I'm 16, short, skinny, quirky and have a super fun personality (just to give you a little idea of who i am).
I turned in my choices to the adviser and she really wasn't a fan of my choices of "autumn" (from starting here, starting now) as my ballad and Charge by Eric Kaiser and Red Angel by Eric Bogosian as my monologues.
For the ballad, she wants something more contemporary.
And the monologues, something more "age appropriate"

For your monologue, Rose's monologue at the end of the play Street Scene by Elmer Rice. I'm doing that monologue for a camp this summer.
