Next month I'm auditioning for two community productions (different companies), Oklahoma and Into the Woods. I'm more of a dancer than a singer or actor (serious ballet training) so I’m hoping for dream-sequence Laurie in Oklahoma. Into the Woods is a bit of a stretch since it’s so vocally demanding, but I’m 16 and 5', so I think I should try for Little Red Riding Hood (I’m pretty sure it matches vocally, and the casting notice said 10-16). I was thinking of singing the Trolley Song from Meet Me in St. Louis for both shows, since I know it really well and would be comfortable with it. Would this song be appropriate or not?

Into the Woods-songs are a bit more...classic for lack of a better term than the trolley song showcases.
Maybe...the Girl I Mean to Be from Secret Garden? Or Once Upon A December from Anastasia the movie?
