I have an audition coming up and I need a musical theatre song which would be best for an alto voice, any suggestions?

The Music Theatre Anthology for Mezzo/Belter Volumes 1-4
Good luck, though. There are very few theatre songs out there that were written with a true alto voice in mind. All us altos can do is expand our ranges and pray that someday the endless cycle of casting mezzos in alto roles will come to an end.
Alto's Lament is another very good choice.
