The times I did Les Miz my audition songs were Shouldn't I Be Less In Love With You (I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change) and Where Is the Life That Late I Led (Kiss Me, Kate). Neither is much of a range piece, but hey, I've played Jean Valjean twice -- despite the fact that I wanted to be Javert.

ooooooooooooooooooooo youre lucky!!!!!!!!! I want to do Les Mis soo bad! Make them hear you is a beautiful piece, I sang it in my schools chior when I was in Grade 10. As far as contrasting pieces.....look at something more evil if that makes any sense. I cant think of anything right now that I could suggest but I will let you know if I come up with anything.
