Well, I never! My thread was removed and banished to the Off-Topic Board! (which I’ve only just discovered last week! Wheee!!)
So, to stay on the Theatre Board, I guess I will have to write a typical posting…
Well, I just came back from _______ and why did they ever cast ______ ______? She was just _________, completely _________!
Anyway, I know someone who is friends with someone who works backstage somewhere, and they say that _________ _________ is going to be going into ________ later this month! I can’t believe it. I mean, they are just a pop star! Ok, maybe they did theatre in school, and always dreamed of Broadway, have a great set of pipes and are willing to work 8 shows a week, but still, how dare they!! If you are handed the chance to have a successful career singing pop music when you are 20, that’s it, you have made that choice and must never hit the boards, ever!!
And also, anything written after 19____ stinks. On the other hand, anything written before 20________ is boring.

Your lively and entertaining commentary are A-1 in my book! I'm new to the boards, and have to giggle at the theatre gossip. WOW, harsh world. To stay on topic... Hairspray is great! Can't wait for more! As my kitties Val and Millie say "mwwwwwwoaaw!"
