I'm only in the first hour but it is extraodinarily wonderful already.
Miranda Richardson plays Queen Mary.
I've collected many books with pictures of The Russian Royal Family from this era and I can say that the recreation of the costumes, sets and hairstyles is superb so far.

Highly recommended. A sad story brilliantly told.
If you're a fan of Miranda Richardson you should not miss this.
