When does BC/EFA collect money at Broadway Shows?

I wondered the same thing. When I went last March they were collecting but not when I went this January..is it like a season or something?

They collect twice a year, starting about 6 weeks before their main fundraising performance/events. Gypsy of the year is held in December, and Easter Bonnet is in April. I believe for EB they begin to collect beginning-mid march. The website probably has more information
