This is going to be a knock-down, drag-out fight over this nomination.

Bush's base is happy, and that is about it.

Somehow, mainstream America has to understand the consequences of letting someone like this on the court.

The filibuster must be used, then congress will use the nuke, then when we win back congress next year they won't have the option when we begin proceedings to remove ALL Bush appointments due to serial inepitude in all phases of government.
