Baby Borrowers tv show

I keep seeing previews for a new "reality" show on NBC called the Baby borrowers. Basically teenage couples get to take care of some infants and children they don't know. What kind of parent would allow strange teenagers to take care of their kids? I think they get to watch the kids overnight and everything.

as a teenager I watched two boys ages three and six for a week while their parents were on vacation. I was in a strange house in a strange city. I had to be responsible for getting them to school, day care, and making it back to my hometown so I could go to school EVERY DAY. Taking care of a single child or two for a while is nothing.
These teens are perfectly safe. There will always be someone there ready to intervene in an emergency. And these parents know exactly what is going on with thier children because they can watch live footage. That's more than you can say about most day cares.
